You are watching the episode Episode 5 Medical staff are faced with an aggressive patient who was brought in by police after being pushed down a flight of concrete stairs, and is shouting and swearing. Doctors are concerned that his behaviour could be as a result of a serious head injury. Doctor Andrew administers morphine to help a woman in agony, but the medics grow worried when her screams turn to silence.
