You are watching the episode Las Vegas, NV 4 (7:40 PM Person with a Gun Call) - Metropolitan PD - The suspect is supposed to be at the 7-11 near the airbase. He pulls up and walks up to a red car at gunpoint and makes the people inside put their hands up. He asks what's going on and if he has a gun and he says yes. He makes him get his hands away, go down on his knees with his hands on head and then he cuffs him.
