His partner is C.D. Hawkins. A black drug dealer goes to a house to collect money a woman owes him and when she doesn't haven't he shoots her in the ass. They go looking for him and find he has shot another woman. Her sister is in the yard screaming she saw him shoot her sister. domestic disturbance; child endangerment.
