In downtown San Antonio, a Mexican bakery down the street from the Alamo bakin' artisan old-school sourdough loaves and tequila-almond croissants. And back in Lansing, a cell phone store with a Vietnamese-BBQ sit-down crankin' out brisket banh mi and humungous pork and shrimp spring rolls.
