On arrival, Michele and Cheryl from Beach Lodge Hotel, Mablethorpe, are not impressed with the dusty towel rail and suspicious brown smudge in the toilet. And Aaron and Mel from Ye Old Crown are not happy to find themselves with a hairy bed. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired for Aaron as he fumes over his eggs, but it's the feedback from Alan and Alison of The Farmer's Arms, Taunton, that leaves Victoria reaching for the tissues.
