You are watching the episode Amen Gintoki notices that many drunken patrons of Otose's bar are confessing their sins to Tama and decides to take advantage of that by opening a confessional and taking a cut of the fees. Many of the confessions seem to mention a certain worthless boss who sounds very familiar!
